When we, Anne and Kjell Jordheim, in the fall of 2007 decided to sell our home on One Locust Lane, New Paltz, NY, - we contacted several realtors. After meeting with three of them, we chose to use Mr. Frank Tangredi as our agent. Mr. Tangredi met with us without any delay. He got two “For sale” signs up quickly, and got the announcement on the internet. Several parties expressed their interest, and as far we could observe Mr. Tangredi gave them all the information and time they needed to come to a decision. All this was done in a polite and professional way. Within a few weeks an interested buyer showed up – and proved to be a serious buyer. The sale of the house was subjected to inspection and the legal work by lawyers. Thanks to Mr. Tangredi’s supervision of the process, we could begin our move from New Paltz to Columbia, MO. After some strenuous packing and deciding what to take along, we left the house in the hands of Mr. Tangredi and began our trek west on November 13. The closing took place on November 29 with our lawyer Jon Simonsen in charge. It ought to be added that we received the amount agreed upon without any undue delay. Finally, we are grateful to Mr. Tangredi for supervising the clean-up of the house and the removal of things we had left.
